This privacy policy (“Policy”) applies to “Sea Twins” regarding the collection, processing, storage, and destruction of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the EU, dated 27.04.2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “Regulation 2016/679” or “GDPR”) as well as other applicable acts of the European Union and the Republic of Bulgaria.

“MG Logistic” Ltd. is registered in the Commercial Register with the Registry Agency under UIC 201198195, with its headquarters and management address located in Plovdiv, 56 Captain Raycho Street, “Grand” Commercial Center, 4th floor, office 5. It is the personal data controller under the law – Article 116 of the Tourism Act, as well as under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, in force since 25.05.2018, and Directive 2002/58/EC /Directive/ of the European Parliament and Council; the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and other applicable laws of the European Union and the Republic of Bulgaria.
The collection of personal data by staff and tourists is voluntary and is conditioned by the provisions of the Tourism Act and all related ordinances and rules, as well as the Statistics Act, the Local Taxes and Fees Act, according to which we, as hoteliers, have obligations to collect personal data of all tourists for the purpose of establishing the valid representation of the individual as a party to the contract for the tourist service provided by the company.

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA, CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED DATA:
“MG Logistic” Ltd. performs the rights granted under the Tourism Act, all related ordinances and rules, the Statistics Act, the Local Taxes and Fees Act, and other regulatory acts, processing personal data in relation to the following primary activities:
• Keeping a register of bookings and payments made by bank transfer and on-site at the property
• Keeping a register of Bulgarian tourists
• Keeping a register of foreign tourists
“MG Logistic” Ltd. does not disclose personal data to third parties or recipients, unless there is a legal basis for receiving the data or the data is publicly available.
Recipients of data may include state authorities and bodies entrusted with public functions, within their powers, such as the National Revenue Agency, the National Social Security Institute, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Interior, and others.
4. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
We may collect personal data at any point of contact or interaction with guests and in carrying out all aspects of our activities. This personal data may include: contact information, information related to your booking, stay, or visit, participation in organized events, marketing programs, nationality, passport number and date and place of issue, travel history, payment information (such as credit card numbers), preferences, and other details for billing and payment accounts, among others.
5. USE OF PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
We use your personal data only in ways permitted by personal data protection laws, including to provide and personalize the services you request and expect from “Sea Twins”, ensure hospitality services in the room, conduct marketing promotions, and as described in more detail below.

To provide the expected level of hospitality and service, we may share your personal data with our service providers and other third parties as detailed above.
7. OTHER INFORMATION
When you visit and use the Sea Twins website – www.sea-twins.eu, we collect other information which does not directly disclose your identity (pseudonymized), such as the catalog of websites you visit and the number of visits to our sites (“Other Information”).
8. SENSITIVE INFORMATION
“Sensitive information” refers to data related to your racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, health condition, sexual life or sexual orientation, genetic information, criminal records, and any biometric data used for identity verification. We do not collect sensitive information unless you voluntarily provide it.
9. PERSONAL DATA OF CHILDREN
As a parent or legal guardian, please do not allow your children to send personal data without your consent.
10. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Please note that we are not responsible for the collection, use, maintenance, sharing, or disclosure of data and information by such third parties.

12. CHANGE AND ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Within the applicable laws, you can request to be informed about the personal data we store about you and, when appropriate, request the update, correction, and/or deletion (“right to be forgotten”) of your personal data that we maintain in our active database. We will make all necessary updates and changes within the time frame specified by the applicable laws, and where allowed by law, we may request a certain fee to cover the costs associated with the request. To protect the confidentiality of your personal data, we may only respond to these requests via the email address you have registered or provided to us in another way. Please remember that if you make such a request, we may not be able to provide the same quality and variety of services you are used to.
Additionally, under certain circumstances, based on the applicable legislation, you can request us to cease processing your personal data or delete, limit, or pseudonymize your personal data by contacting us at the email address provided above. We will try to respond to these requests in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
As a personal data administrator, “Sea Twins” processes data for a period with a minimum duration according to the processing purposes and the relevant applicable legislation, in accordance with the principle of data retention limitation.
Online collected data is stored securely and confidentially. It will be deleted after the expiration of the contract for the provision of tourist services.
Data related to labor and social security relations are kept for 50 years. Financial documents such as income, expense invoices, and contracts with tour operators are stored for 5 years. Paper-based data is stored in locked cabinets with restricted access. Electronic documents are stored on a secure stationary computer with high-level protection and restricted access.
We will delete your personal data as soon as possible in such a way that they cannot be reproduced or restored immediately, once requested or once they are no longer necessary for the provided tourist service.
If the data exists on paper, it will be securely destroyed, for example, by shredding it using a shredder machine. If it is in electronic form, the data will be destroyed with technical means to ensure they cannot be reproduced or restored.

14. POLICIES AND ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR ACCOMMODATION
– The guest is obliged to protect the material property of the accommodation. For any unauthorized actions and/or damages caused by the guest, they are financially responsible. – Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas on the premises of the entire complex. – Bringing and installing additional audio systems, speakers, etc., in the apartments is prohibited. – Raising noise and disturbing other guests in any way is not tolerated! – Inquiries for specific dates or submitted offers to the client do not constitute a reservation, and “Sea Twins” is not obliged to reserve any rooms or services. – Pets are not allowed on the premises of the accommodation. – The stay of guests who do not comply with the policies of “Sea Twins” will be prematurely terminated without refunding the amount for prepaid nights.

15. CHANGES AND UPDATES IN THE POLICY
We may change this Policy. Any changes in our Policy will take effect upon publication of the amended Policy on the website. By using the website and/or any of our products and services, you accept the current amended Policy.
